Privacy policy
Rubrail (rubrail.ai) stores marine detailing leads and jobs for the shop that collected them.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, boat details, the services someone asked for, and the source of the request. Sources can be a hosted form, an embed, a QR code, a landing page, Meta Lead Ads, TikTok Lead Generation, or a Google Ads lead form. Webhook payloads are stored so a delivery can be retried safely. Ad click identifiers and UTM tags are stored with the lead.
Why
The shop uses this to reply, quote, schedule, and measure which campaign produced the lead. Speed-to-lead texts are a stub until that shop’s messaging registration is approved. Quote-sent and won events are queued for Meta, TikTok, and Google. They are not sent until a later release.
Sharing
A shop sees only its own leads. Payment data stays with Stripe. Messaging stays with Twilio when a shop is registered. We do not sell lead lists.
Deletion
Email privacy@rubrail.ai to ask a shop’s operator to delete a lead. Meta users can use the data deletion callback at /api/webhooks/meta/data-deletion. That endpoint returns a confirmation code and a status URL.
